Building on more than 20 years of experience of producing hydrogen valves, tubings and gas boosters, Maximator now engineers and manufactures complete hydrogen pump stations for cars, trucks and trains. These state-of-the-art plants are available in various capacities. Depending on their use they can be adapted to the specific requirements and excel through its high quality, longevity and low maintenance requirements. An essential element is the two-stage compressor that can automatically adjust its speed reaching high volumes. Maximator uses the innovative ASX technology for automatic exchange of seals limiting downtime to an absolute minimum.
With the international roll-out of this new technology, Maximator contributes significantly to more sustainable and environmentally friendly mobility solutions. Currently, the company is building an extensive hydrogen pump station in Wuppertal that will cover the fuel requirements of hydrogen-powered public buses for the city. This plant has a capacity 400 kg hydrogen per day. The co-operation between Maximator and Wuppertal’s public utility and waste management companies will make a significant contribution to lowering inner-city emission levels.
