SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT 

As part of our human rights strategy, we have set ourselves demanding standards with regard to respecting human rights and protecting the environment and expect the same from our business partners. In this Supplier Code of Conduct, we have formulated the expectations and requirements for our business partners with regard to respect for human rights, environmental protection, compliance with applicable laws and regulations and ethical principles. 
The Supplier Code of Conduct is binding for all suppliers and subcontractors who maintain a business relationship with us. The business partners also undertake to pass on to their suppliers the expectations and requirements to be met by them and to ensure that compliance is monitored.

WHISTLEBLOWER SYSTEM FORM

The Schmidt Kranz Group attaches great importance to complying with the principles of conduct, legal regulations and internal rules laid down in our Code of Conduct. Our business models and our success are based on integrity and honesty. To ensure that we meet these demanding standards, it is important for us to be informed about possible misconduct within the Group and to correct it. 

We have therefore set up a confidential whistleblower system. The following whistleblower form can be used to submit information to us directly and anonymously. We assure you that we will not take any measures to identify anonymous whistleblowers unless the system is abused. Furthermore, we do not tolerate any discrimination against people who contribute to the investigation.
